With over 27 years in software development, Moon has led and contributed to the successful delivery of several large, complex software products, where he has been actively involved in all phases of development including architecture, design, development, deployment and maintenance.

Moon was President and Senior Consultant of Moon Chung Consulting for almost 3 years where he created and delivered publishing and data consolidation and reporting solutions. He was also a principal developer and architect for Liquent for over 8 years; and senior developer at Dialog Information Services for nearly 5 years.

In his current role as Senior Application Software Developer, Moon leads the design, development, delivery and maintenance of software products for Innotap’s customers. Moon has completed graduate studies in computer science at Villanova University and earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Texas at Austin.

Joe Mac Crory

Energy Product Analyst

With over 35 years of experience in the utilities and wholesale power marketing industry, Joe has been involved in all aspects of power trading, including competitive market analysis, hedging and proprietary trading in energy markets, trading strategies and model development, and risk management.

Over the past 17 years, Joe founded and led several energy trading companies, including Exelon’s Power Team where he spent almost 7 years as a Senior Energy Trader, trading every US Power market on the hourly, next day and financial trading desks, and developing internal software tools that enhanced realtime decision making to optimize deal execution. From 1982 to 1995, Joe held various positions at PECO Energy in Accounting, Operations, and EMS implementation and support.

In his current role as Energy Product Analyst, Joe manages Innotap’s product portfolio, leading on-going product development cycles and driving relationships with customers and partners to conceive, build, and deliver world class products to the market. Joe has a bachelor’s of science degree in management information systems from Saint Joseph’s University.

Igor Markidan

Senior Application Software Developer

With over 23 years of experience in software development, Igor has led and contributed to the design and delivery of many complex commercial and corporate solutions in the Energy, Financial, Banking, Telecommunications, and Pharmaceutical industries.

Igor was a technical manager and solutions consultant for 11 years at Comverse Technology where he managed over $100 million of global software / hardware deployments and support of realtime billing systems for multinational telecommunications companies. Prior to that, he was senior consultant and team leader at QVC where he managed the mission critical Order Flow application and led systems integration. From 1994 to 2002, while at PPGx, Xerox, and Neuron Data, Igor specialized in the design and implementation of advanced databases and Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) for multi-tiered applications.

In his current role as Senior Application Software Developer, Igor leverages his vast technical and GUI expertise to enhance and add to the company’s current set of apps to help users better visualize data and information needed to make the best possible decisions in realtime.

Igor has a M.S. in computer science and applied mathematics from Riga Technical University, Riga, Latvia. He also is a co-inventor of multiple patents, including a “Method and apparatus for the integration of information and knowledge” (patent# 6,236,994) and “Tracking of clinical study samples, information and results” (patent# WO/2001/043038).
