$500M energy plant under construction in Greater Cincinnati
NTE Energy, a power developer and energy services provider, acquired about 46 acres of land in Middletown and started construction on its planned $500 million power plant.
NTE Ohio LLC purchased six parcels along Cincinnati-Dayton Road at the beginning of October totaling 46 acres for $2.4 million. The affiliate of NTE Energy purchased three parcels from AK Steel Corp. for $1.5 million, two parcels from Cohen Bros. Inc. for $825,000 and one parcel from Maines Co. LLC for $75,000.
