Comverge provided data to PJM to help facilitate this rule change by demonstrating through a statistical sample of residential customers enrolled in a Comverge direct load control demand response program that these resources could meet the 10-minute response time requirement for this market and the market would be assured of having a very accurate accounting of the resources that were delivered.
