Accenture acquisition to boost smart grid solution services

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced it has completed a deal to purchase Structure to enhance its smart grid solutions services. Structure was founded in 1998 and since 2010, the company has received numerous industry awards for its work. Structure’s 190 employees will work alongside Accenture’s Resources operating group.
